摘要
目的建立合欢皮提取物中大孔吸附树脂6种残留物正己烷、苯、甲苯、对二甲苯、邻二甲苯、苯乙烯等残留量的检测方法。方法采用顶空气相色谱法,DB-WAX毛细管色谱柱,检测器为FID,程序升温,载气为N2。结果正己烷、苯、甲苯、对二甲苯、邻二甲苯、苯乙烯等6种大孔吸附树脂残留物在各自的浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,R值在0.994 5~0.999 6之间。结论该方法简便、快捷、准确,可用于合欢皮提取物中大孔吸附树脂6种残留物的检测。
Objective To develop a method for determination of organic residues ( hexane, benzene, toluene, p - xylene, 1,2 - dimethylbenzene,styrene) from macroporous adsorption resin in extract of Cortex Albiziae. Methods The contents of macroporous resin residual organic substances were determined by headspace GC on DB - WAX column, with FID detector, high purity nitrogen as the carry gasses. Results The six kinds of macroporous adsorption resin residue ( hexane, benzene, toluene, p - xylene, 1,2 - dimethylbenzene, styrene ) have good linear relationship in the range of concentration, the value of R is between 0. 9945 and 0. 9996. Conclusion The method is simple, fast, accurate, and can be used for detection of six residues in the extract Cortex Albiziae.
