云南松松塔提取物对人肝癌细胞增殖的影响

The effect of proliferation on hepatocellular carcinoma cells from pinecone extract of Pinus yunnanenis Fr.

目的研究云南松松塔乙醇提取物(YN-DEF)体外对人肝癌细胞的作用。方法采用四甲基偶氮唑盐比色法(MTT法),观察云南松提取物对肝癌细胞(HEPG2、Huh-7)增殖的影响及对正常肝细胞(L-02)的作用。结果与阴性对照组比较,在浓度1000μg/ml,72h时,YN-DEF对HEPG2、Huh-7的抑制率分别为72.55%、60.66%,且抑制作用均呈浓度依赖性;正常肝细胞(L-02)与不同浓度为YN-DEF共同孵育72h后,高浓度下(1000μg/ml)的存活率为73.51%。结论云南松松塔乙醇提取物(YN-DEF)具有抑制肝癌细胞增殖的作用,高浓度下对正常肝细胞毒性小。

Objective To study the proliferation effect on hepatocellular carcinoma cells with alcohol extract from pinecone of Pi- nus yunnanenis Ft. （ YN - DEF） in vitro. Methods To observe YN - DEF on the influence of hepatocellular carcinoma cells （ HEPG2, Huh - 7） and the effect of the normal human liver（ L - 02） cell by MTT method. Results To compare with the negative control group, under the concentration 1000μg/ml, the inhibition ratio of HEPG - 2, Huh - 7 proliferation with YN - DEF were resptctively 72.55% ,60.66% in 72h;After co -incubation with the normal human liver cell and the different concentrations YN - DEF , the livability of normal human liver cell was 73.51% under the concentration 1000 μg/ml. Conclusion It had a inhibition on hepatocellular carcinoma cells, and had low cytotoxicity with alcohol extract from pinecone of Pinus yunnanenis Ft.
