文化旅游已从精英阶层演化成大众旅游的一种形式。世界各国纷纷将文化旅游视为最崇尚的开发选择工具之一,然而由于战略的雷同导致文化的连续复制而失去活力。通过分析文化旅游的内涵、特色及地位,探讨基于文化旅游、创意产业发展而来的创意旅游特征及其发展趋势,比较"文化旅游"与"创意旅游"的异同,进而引发关于旅游者本质的探索。创意旅游这一近年来新兴的旅游方式,成为有效解决文化复制、实现旅游业良性运行及人的全面发展的重要途径之一。

Cultural tourism is a form of tourism that has evolved from the elite to the mass.All countries in the world regard cultural tourism as one of the favorite development tools.However,the same strategy is leading to “serial reproduction”in culture and making the culture losing its vitality.This paper analyzes the intension,characteristics and status of cultural tourism.Meanwhile,the paper explores the characteristics and the development tendency in creative tourism which is based on the development of cultural tourism and creative industry.Then by comparing the similarities and differences between cultural tourism and creative tourism,the paper explores the nature of tourists.Creative tourism,the new emerging tourism mode recently,is an effective solution to culture reproduction,and is one of the most important ways for realizing tourism benign operation and people＇s development in an all-round way.
