中药缓释药条对大鼠牙周组织再生的研究

摘要 目的:探讨用骨碎补、淫羊藿与黄芩制成的中药缓释药条对SD大鼠牙周组织再生的作用。方法:将60只SD大鼠随机分为3组:正常组、对照组及实验组,对照组和实验组采用正畸钢丝结扎大鼠右上第一磨牙牙颈部,并辅以高糖饮食,喂养8周后建立大鼠牙周炎动物模型。实验组用中药缓释药条进行药物治疗,对照组不给予药物治疗。给药第4周后对大鼠牙周组织进行牙周探诊深度(PD),牙龈指数(GI),牙松动指数(MD)进行测定及组织学观察。结果:治疗后实验组的PD、GI及MD值分别为2.53±0.35、1.25±1.11及1.00±0.65,而对照组为4.48±0.42、2.00±0.65及2.25±0.59,经统计学分析,实验组与对照组的PD、GI及MD值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。组织学观察结果显示相比于对照组,实验组大鼠有更多的新生牙槽骨和牙骨质生长。结论:中药缓释药条对大鼠牙周组织再生具有一定的促进作用。 Objective: To study the effect of the slowly-releasing strips made of Drynaria Rhizome, Epimedium and Scutellaria Baicalensis on the regeneration of rats periodontium. Methods:Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, control group and experimental group. The rats of control group and experimental group were ligated with orthodontic thread at the neck of the upper right molar teeth and provided with high glucose food for 8 weeks to induce periodontitis model. The slowly-releasing strips were used to treat experimental group. Periodontal indices such as probing depth(PD), gingival index(GI) and tooth mobility(MD) were measured and histological changes were observed at the forth week of treatment. Results: After treatment,compared with the control group, the experimental group exhibited significant differences in all periodontal indices(P〈0.01).Histological observation indicated that the heights of new alveolar bone and cementum regeneration in the experimental group were extremely bigger than those in the control group. Conclusion : The slowly- releasing strips of Traditional Chinese Medicine may have effect on the regeneration of SD rats periodontal tissue.
