提高思想政治教育的实效,需要在比较"教育"与"灌输"两个概念的基础上,进一步区分"教育中的灌输"与"灌输式教育",贯彻"教育中的灌输"这一根本原则。"教育中的灌输"主张以生为本,强调学生自主学习和教师的积极引导作用;"教育中的灌输"重视人的理性精神和综合素质,强调教育教学过程的开放性与丰富性;"教育中的灌输"反对"强制"、"填鸭"和放任自流,提倡"共同解决型"教学方法。

To improve the actual effect of ideological and political education in the new period,the fundamental principle of ＂ indoctrination in education＂ should be carried out based on contrasting ＂education＂ with ＂indoctrination＂,and further ＂inculcating in education＂ and ＂indoctrinating education＂ should be distinguished ＂inculcating in education＂ advocates treating students as radicals,and emphasizes the autonomic learning of students and the active guiding of teachers. ＂Inculcating in education＂ advocates the rational spirit and the overall quality of human,and emphasizes the openness and richness of the teaching process. ＂Inculcating in education＂ is against ＂compulsion＂, ＂force-feeding＂ and laissez-faire,and promotes the teaching method about ＂common solving＂.
