用PVC/PE的复合硬片替代泡罩包装中的PVC片,以PE层作为内层材料直接接触产品,同时将PTP铝箔热封层的VC胶改为聚烯烃类热熔胶。从材料总迁移量、挥发物和易氧化物等安全性指标的测试结果,分析PVC/PE复合硬片替代泡罩包装中PVC片后材料的安全性。结果表明,PVC/PE复合硬片替代泡罩包装中PVC片是安全可行的。

PVC/PE film is used to replace PVC film with a PE layer as the inner layer material directly contacting the products.VC adhesive for PTP aluminum foil is replaced by polyolefin hot melt adhesive. Overall migration, volatile substance, and oxides are tested in the study. The result is that PVC/PE film replacing PVC film is safe and feasible in blister packaging.
