摘要
介绍国家标准《全自动金属罐浓酱(浆)灌装封罐机通用技术条件》的编制概况,说明标准范围、术语和定义、型号、型式、基本参数及工作条件,确定生产能力、生产效率、灌装精度、损耗率、包装件成品品质等重要技术参数,给出安全卫生性方面要求以及相应的试验方法等内容,最后阐述标准实施的建议和意义。
According to the general situation of drafting national standard" general technical specification of automatic metal canned sauce(syrup) filling and sealing machine",the paper introductions the content of the standard in detail,including scope, terms and definitions, model, type, basic parameter and working conditions. Then the paper determinates the important technical parameters such as production capacity,production efficiency,filling accuracy,damaged or losing ratio,finished product quality. Meanwhile,the requirements of the safety and health and the corresponding test method is proposed.Finally the paper explains the standard implementation suggestion and meaning.
