摘要
为了解决大功率开关电源模块并联运行时均流问题,给出了一种应用于并联开关电源的电流自平衡控制方案。介绍了电源并联系统拓扑结构,分析了并联系统模块间环流、功率调节等关键性问题,设计了采用电流自平衡并联技术构成的恒压电源及恒流电源试验。仿真与试验表明,电源模块输出电压、电流波动分别小于0.83%和0.53%,模组之间电流不平衡度小于3.78%,瞬态响应快、稳定性好。
In order to solve the problem of the current sharing of parallel high power supplies,a digital current sharing control technique for parallel modularized switching power supply operation was investigated. The structure of the parallel system was presented,and a series of key problems,such as the circumfluence of paralleled system,characteristics of the power regulation were analyzed. The paper also designed some experiments based on automatic current sharing technique for constant voltage power supply and constant current power supply. Through the simulation and experiments,satisfactory dynamic and static performance of the power supply was obtained. The fluctuation of the voltage and current is less than 0. 83% and 0. 53% respectively,and the difference between the sub modules is less than 3. 78%. What's more,the system has fast transient response and good stability.
