优质护理服务在妇产科的应用

Application of high quality nursing service in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的：分析优质护理服务在妇产科的应用效果。方法选取我院2012年2月～2014年4月期间收治的妇产科患者50例，随机分成观察组与对照组，每组各25例，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者给予优质护理，评估两组患者的临床护理质量。结果经过护理干预后，观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组（P＜0.05），且焦虑抑郁情绪发生情况明显低于对照组患者（P＜0.05）。结论对妇产科患者实施优质护理服务，可以提高产妇的护理满意度，使医患关系更加和谐，值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To analyze the quality of nursing serviceapplication in gynecology and obstetrics. Methods Selectedin our hospital in 2012 February ～2014 years in obstetrics and gynecology patients during April admitted 50 cases,were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 25 cases in each group, the control group patients were given routine nursing care, observation group were treated with high quality of nursing, clinical nursing quality evaluation of two groups of patients. Results After nursing intervention, nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the incidence of anxiety and depression was significantly lower than the patients in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursingservice for patients in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, can improve nursing satisfaction degree, thedoctor-patient relationship more harmonious, it is worth in the clinical application.
