优质护理服务在女性泌尿系统疾病手术围术期中的应用体会

High quality nursing service in female urinary system disease the surgery perioperative application experience

目的：探讨优质护理服务在女性泌尿系统疾病手术围术期中的应用效果。方法：选取某医院泌尿外科在2012年6月～2014年3月期间治疗的100例女性泌尿系统疾病手术患者，随机进行分组；对照组患者接受常规的护理服务；而观察组患者接受优质护理服务；对比两组患者的并发症发生率、病情复发率、治疗依从率，综合评价患者的护理效果。结果：观察组患者的并发症发生率为10%、病情复发率为4%、治疗依从率为92%、护理总有效率为95%；对照组患者的并发症发生率为32%、病情复发率为24%、治疗依从率为78%、护理总有效率为78%；两组数据均呈显著性差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：女性泌尿系统疾病手术围术期中应用优质护理服务，可显著提高患者的护理效果，值得广泛使用。

Objective to evaluate the quality of nursing service in female urinary system disease surgery perioperative application effect.Methods select a hospital uropoiesis surgical department in June 2012 - Mar 2014 patients with surgical treatment of 100 cases of female urinary system disease, random grouping;The control group patients received conventional nursing care;The observation group of patients receiving high quality nursing service;Compared two groups of patients with complications, illness, treatment compliance rate of recurrence, comprehensive evaluation of the patient＇s nursing effect.Results the observation group of patients the incidence of complications was 10.00%, illness recurrence rate was 4.00%, the treatment compliance rate was 92.00%, nursing the total effective rate was 95.00%;Control group patients the incidence of complications was 32.00%, illness recurrence rate was 24.00%, the treatment compliance rate was 78.00%, nursing the total effective rate was 78.00%;Two groups of data are a significant difference （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion female urinary system disease surgery perioperative period applied high quality nursing service, can significantly improve the patient＇s nursing effect, is worth using widely.
