老年女性胆囊腹腔镜切除术围术期的优质护理服务

Older women laparoscopic resection of gallbladder perioperative nursing service

目的:探讨优质护理服务对老年女性胆囊腹腔镜切除术围术期的干预效果。方法:随机选取肝胆外科收治的100例老年女性胆囊腹腔镜切除术患者;随机进行分组,对照组患者接受常规的护理,而观察组患者在对照组的基础上,提供优质护理服务;对比两组患者的住院时间、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者住院时间为(9.8±4.5)d、并发症发生率为4.00%、护理满意度为92.00%;对照组患者住院时间为(17.3±4.6)d、并发症发生率为20.00%、护理满意度为78.00%;两组各项数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年女性胆囊腹腔镜切除术围术期应用优质护理服务,显著提高术后患者的护理质量,具有治疗可行性。

Objective to evaluate the quality of nursing service for elderly women intervention effect of laparoscopic resection of gallbladder perioperative.Methods the records of 100 cases of liver and gallbladder surgery were randomly selected elderly female patients with laparoscopic resection of gallbladder;Random grouping, and the control group patients received conventional nursing, the observation group of patients in the control group, on the basis of providing high quality nursing service;Compared two groups of patients＇ hospitalization time, complications and nursing satisfaction.Results the observation group of patients hospitalized for d （9.8 ± 4.5）, the incidence of complications was 4.00%, nursing satisfaction is 92.00%;Control group patients hospitalized for （17.3 ± 4.6） d, the incidence of complications was 20.00%, nursing satisfaction is 78.00%;Two groups of data difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion elderly women laparoscopic resection of gallbladder perioperative application of high quality nursing service, significantly improve the nursing quality of postoperative patients, treatment with feasibility.
