摘要
采用氯化原位接枝法将顺丁烯二酸酐(MAH)接枝到低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)薄膜表面,形成以聚乙烯(PE)大分子链为骨架、MAH为侧基的接枝共聚物(PE-g-MAH),并将其作为多层胶合板用胶粘剂。研究结果表明:采用氯化原位接枝法对PE薄膜进行酐基化改性,具有良好的可行性;当反应温度为60℃、反应时间为30 min、w(MAH)=5.0%(相对于PE薄膜质量而言)和氯气流量为2.5 m L/s时,MAH接枝率超过0.87%、II类胶合板的胶接强度超过1.33 MPa。
With PE(polyethylene) macromolecular chains as backbone,MAH(maleic anhydride) as sidegroup,so a grafting copolymer(PE- g- MAH),which can be used as the adhesive of multilayer plywood,wasprepared by in situ chlorinating graft for grafting MAH onto the surface of LDPE(low density polyethylene)film.The research results showed that the anhydride groups modifying PE film has the good feasibility by in situchlorinating graft. The grafting ratio of MAH was above 0.87%,and the bonding strength of Ⅱ class plywood wasabove 1.33 MPa when reaction temperature was 60 ℃,reaction time was 30 min,mass fraction of MAH was 5.0% inPE film,and chlorine gas flow rate was 2.5 m L/s.
