摘要
办公自动化是事业单位内部改革的重点,将信息科技融入办公系统内部组织,可以综合提升系统常规作业水平。分析了事业单位办公存在的问题,总结了专项办公系统的应用优势,对集成式平台应用方法提出合理建议。
The office automation is the focus of the internal reform of institution, the information technology is blended into the internal organization of office system, it can improve system routine work level. This paper analyzes the existing institutions of office problems, suming up the advantages of special office system, and putting forward the reasonable suggestion to integrated platform application method.
