基于电磁驱动气门的气动发动机转速控制研究 被引量:1

Study on the Speed Control of Air Powered Engine Based on Electromagnetic Valve Actuator

摘要 分析了活塞式空气动力发动机的工作原理与过程。针对进、排气量对发动机转速的影响,采用电磁直接驱动进、排气门的方式控制工作气缸的气量,提出了一种新的转速控制策略实现对发动机转速控制。建立了空气动力发动机控制系统实验模型,对控制效果进行实验研究和验证。实验结果表明,在转速变化时,控制系统具有良好的实时跟踪和响应特性,在转速变化不大时,优于传统的控制方式。为进一步的深入研究,针对实验中遇到的问题,也提出了对实验方法和控制策略的一些改进措施。 The working principle and procedure of air powered engine are analyzed. Aiming at the influence of air inlet andair displacement on the engine speed, the way of directly driving intake and exhaust valves is used to control the gas amount in the working cylinder, and a new speed control strategy is proposed to realize the engine's speed control. An air powered engine control system experimental model is established for the experimental study and verification. The experimental results show that the control system has good real-time tracking and response characteristics while the speed changes, better than the traditional control mode when changes are small. For further in-depth study, aiming at the problems in the experiment, a few improvement measures on experimental method and control strategy are also put forwarded.
