摘要
通过对乙烯焦油的热改性工艺进行研究,经过氧化交联和高温热缩聚两段工艺成功地合成出了一系列软化点不同的纺丝级沥青,并对其纺丝工艺进行研究,得到了细长、均匀的沥青原丝,其单丝长度远远大于目前国内文献记载,并结合试验对沥青调制、纺丝压力、温度、拉伸速率、喷丝孔孔径等影响因素进行了分析。
Through investigation of thermal modification process of ethylene tar, a series of spinning grade pitches with different soft point were obtained by two stages oxidation and high temperature condensation. With research of spinning process, the slender and homogeneous as-spun pitch fiber was prepared. The length of single fiber was far beyond ones reported. Moreover, the factors which influenced pitch preparation, spinning pressure, spinning temperature, drawing speed and hole diameter of spinneret were discussed.
