摘要
为了寻找简便环保、成本低廉的芳纶染色方法,通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)、X射线衍射法(XRD)等方法,考察了避蚊胺N,N-二乙基一间甲基苯甲酰胺(DEET)对间位芳纶结构的影响,并将DEI汀用于间位芳纶分散染料染色,测试了染色条件对分散染料上染率的影响。结果表明:经DEET处理后,间位芳纶的玻璃化温度降低,结晶度和纤维强力基本不变;DEET可以使分散染料对间位芳纶的染色上染率达到85%~90%,DEE3、用作间位芳纶分散染料染色是可行的。间位芳纶分散染料高温高压DEET载体染色的较佳工艺为:染色温度130℃,染色时间60min,DEET质量浓度3g/L,浴比1:20。
In order to find simple, low-cost and environmental aramid fibers dyeing technology, effect of N,N-diethyl-3-methyl benzoyl amide (DEET) on structure of meta-aramid fibers is investigated by DSC and XRD. DEET is used during carrier dyeing of meta-aramid fibers and influence of dyeing conditions on dye uptake is researched. The test results show that glass transition temperature of meta-aramid fibers is re- duced, crystallinity and fiber strength are unchanged after DEET treatment. Dye uptake of meta-aramid fibers with dispersed dyestuff can reach to 85 %-90 %, DEET is feasible for meta-aramid fibers dyeing with dispersed dyestuff. The best processes of high temperature and high pressure DEET carrier dyeing of meta-aramid fibers are: dyeing temperature 130 C, dyeing time 60 min, DEET concentration 3 g/L, bath ratio 1:20.
