少年运动员文化教育体系与学习态度的探析

以漳州市少体校三集中运动员为研究对象,运用文献资料法,访谈法和逻辑分析法等科研方法,对少年运动员文化教育体系与学习态度进行探究。结果表明:少年运动员自幼进入到各专项中从事训练,脱离了正规文化知识规范教育的环境,重体轻文,学训矛盾等因素直接影响少年运动员的文化学习态度。究其原因提出应有效解决学训间的的矛盾,坚持走体教结合的路子,科学合理安排训练,完善课程设置,加强宣传与引导,完善科学管理监督机制等建议,为进一步健全和完善少年运动员文化教育工作提供依据。

This paper takes young sports schools students who live,study and train together in Zhangzhou as the research object. It explores cultural education system and learning attitude of young athletes by using documents,interviews and logic analysis and other research methods. The result of analysis shows that juvenile athletes have engaged in each kind of special program since they were young,which out of the educational surroundings of the formal specification of culture knowledge. In addition,juvenile athletes value sports and neglect knowledge. Therefore,the influential factors of contradictions between learning and training and so on will directly impact young athletes＇ learning attitude. This paper will study the reasons and draw some useful suggestions to resolve the contradictions between learning and training including insistently combining sports activities with education,arranging training scientifically and reasonably,consummating the curriculum,strengthening the propaganda and guidance,improving the scientific management of supervision mechanism and some other proposals to provide a basis for further improvement and perfection of juvenile athletes＇ cultural education.
