摘要 筛选合适的溶剂以高氯酸溶液(0.1 mol/L)为滴定液,采用非水滴定法建立盐酸替罗非班的含量测定方法.以冰醋酸—醋酸酐(10∶30)为溶剂,按照非水滴定法滴定,终点明显,方法可行.连续测定3批样品,其平均含量的结果与高校液相色谱法结果基本一致.该法操作简便迅速,具有较高的精密度. To establish a method for the content determination of Tirofiban Hydrochloride,this paper uses 0. 1 mol / L perchloric acid as titrant and non-aqueous titration as determination method. The glacial acetic acid-acetic anhydride( 10∶ 30) is taken as the solvent. The endpoint is clear. The method is feasible. The three batches of Tirofiban Hydrochloride samples are consecutively determined. The experimental results show that the average content by this method has good consistency with that by HPLC determination. We conclude that the method is simple,rapid,and has high precision,which can be used to determine the content of Tirofiban Hydrochloride API.
