软锰矿浆脱硫尾渣用作免烧砖试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用河池地区软锰矿浆脱硫尾渣生产新型建筑材料免烧砖,探索制作尾渣免烧砖的配料比、成型压力以及养护时间等影响免烧砖性能的最佳工艺条件.实验结果表明:高达95%的软锰矿浆脱硫尾渣粒度粒径在80μm以下,颗粒较细,是较好的制备非烧结砖的材料."软锰矿浆烟气脱硫副产尾渣—水泥胶凝材料—水"体系是较好的配料方案.在配料比等其他工艺条件相同的情况下,抗折与抗压强度的大小随着成型压力的增大而增大.随着黏结剂添加量的增加,免烧砖试样的抗折与抗压强度得以增加;当黏结剂添加量增加到一定程度时,抗折与抗压强度反而降低.综合以上因素得出免烧砖制品的最佳工艺参数是:脱硫尾渣∶胶凝材料=5∶1,成型压力为20 MPa;含水率为10%,自然养护时间控制为7-28 d. The preparation of unburned bricks by desulfurization tailings is studied. The suitable progress parameters are explored,such as the ingredient ration,the forming pressure and the maintenance period. The experimental results show that the particle size of the tailings of flue gas desulfurization of pyrolusite slurry with the concentration up to 95% is below 80 μm,which are the appropriate materials for the preparation of unburned bricks."Byproduct tailings of flue gas desulfurization of pyrolusite slurry-cement cementitious materials-water" system is a good ingredient program. Under the same ingredient ration,the flexural and compressive strength of the unburned brick sample increases with the rise of the forming pressure. Appropriately adding the dosage of binder can improve the flexural and compressive strength of the unburned brick sample. When it is added to a certain degree,the strength will decrease. We conclude that the optimal parameters of the unburned brick product are shown as follows: the desulfurization tailings: cementitious materials = 5∶ 1,the forming pressure is 20 MPa,the water content is 10% and the natural maintenance period is controlled in the range of 7 - 28 days.
