摘要
介绍2004年以来大秦线开行的5种典型编组方式重载列车,比较了不同编组方式列车纵向力的大小,并分析了列车编组方式对纵向力的影响;同时结合试验数据,对其他关键因素比如Locotrol同步作用时间、机车制动机性能、货车关键技术以及列车操纵方式等对重载列车纵向力的影响进行了分析,并从减小纵向力的角度提出了3种2万t列车编组方式。试验及运用实践表明:目前我国的货车制动可以满足单元万吨货物列车的制动要求,而对于更大编组的长大列车,宜采用机车动力分散布置的组合列车。组合列车中从控机车的布置位置是影响组合列车制动性能和列车纵向力的最主要因素之一,应对其进行详细研究。
Five different heavy haul combined trains of Daqin railway line were introduced since 2004,and longitudinal force size of these heavy haul trains was compared,then the impact of train formation was analyzed.Combined with the test data,other factors of impacting longitudinal force such as Locotrol synchronizing time,locomotive brake performance,wagon key technologies and heavy haul train manipulation methods were analyzed,and from the perspective of reducing the longitudinal force three make-up ways of 20 000 tons train were proposed.Testing and use of the practice showed that China's truck brake control system performance met braking requirements of the unit 10 000 tons train.Train heavier than 10 000 tons should adopt distributed power.The arrangement location of slave locomotive had important influence on the train braking performance and longitudinal force,and should be studied carefully.
