考虑硫化冷却效应的橡胶元件疲劳寿命预测方法 被引量:1

摘要 以有效应变为疲劳损伤参量,利用哑铃状橡胶试样的疲劳测试数据,建立了橡胶材料的疲劳寿命预测模型。以某型拉杆球铰为疲劳寿命预测研究对象,分别对考虑和未考虑硫化冷却效应的疲劳工况进行了有限元分析,并计算出对应的有效应变幅值。利用所建立的疲劳寿命预测模型对拉杆球铰的疲劳寿命进行了分析预测,并与疲劳试验结果进行了对比验证。结果表明,在考虑硫化冷却效应的基础上,以有效应变为损伤参量的疲劳寿命预测模型能够有效预测出球铰类橡胶元件的疲劳寿命。 Using the fatigue test dates of dumbbell specimen of rubber material,the fatigue life prediction model for rubber component with the effective strain as damage parameter is built.Taking one link rubber bushing as research object,under the fatigue condition of considering and not considering the effect of vulcanization cooling,by using finite element analysis,the equivalent strain amplitude is calculated.The fatigue life of the rubber bushing is analyzed by using the prediction model,and compared with the experimental fatigue life.The result shows that on the basis of the effect of vulcanization cooling,the fatigue life prediction model with the equivalent strain can be used to predict fatigue life of rubber bushing component effectively.
