摘要
通过对列车电制动的原理进行分析,利用超级电容可以储存大电量、快速充放电等特点,在比较传统地面集中式储能系统的基础上,研制替代列车制动电阻的新型车载储能装置。该装置包括一次系统和二次系统。一次系统主要包括断路器、IGBT以及电容器组组成。二次系统主要是控制器,对升降压模块的IGBT进行控制以及算法计算等。该装置能够有效的减少轨道交通列车牵引能耗,减少地铁制动热量散发,降低涵洞温升,达到节能减排的效果,从而节约列车实际运营成本,具有较好的实用价值。
This paper analyzes the principle of train's electric brake and the features of super-capacitor's high stored energy and quick charging/discharging,and develops a new on-board energy storage device in place of train braking resistor based on the traditional centralized ground energy storage systems.The device is composed of the primary system and the secondary system,the primary system mainly consists of circuit breaker,IGBT and capacitor bank,and the secondary system mainly includes the controllers to control the IGBT of buck-boost modules.The device can effectively reduce the traction energy consumption of trains,reduce the heat dissipation of braking,and decrease the temperature rise in culvert to achieve the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction.As a result,the device can save the actual operating cost of trains and has good practical value.
