摘要
介绍了动车组车顶用复合外套绝缘子材料的模拟抗风沙试验,了解复合外套的伞裙变形、撕裂、磨损及表面憎水性等情况。对绝缘子复合外套材料在风力强劲的高原沙漠环境下的适用性进行了试验研究。根据产品所使用的环境和特点,对高温硫化硅橡胶伞裙外套材料的配方进行了完善与改进;并通过模拟风带动沙尘悬浮形成沙尘的风沙试验;通过试验结果表明,复合外套绝缘材料具有耐磨、抗撕裂等特点,达到所确定的试验内容要求和技术规范要求。
This paper introduces the simulated wind resistance test of composite jacket insulator used in EMU roof,together with the composite jacket's umbrella group deformation,tear,abrasion and surface hydrophobic.The applicability of the insulator composite sleeve material in the strong wind of the plateau and desert environment were studied.According to the application environment and characteristics of the product,the high-temperature vulcanized silicon rubber umbrella skirt jacket materials were improved and perfected.The sand test for simulation of wind driven sand dust suspended formation dust was passed.Test results show that the composite jacket insulation material has the characteristics of abrasion resistance and tear resistance,and can reach the determined test content requirements and technical specification requirements.
