摘要
为比较6类常见索用钢丝的耐腐蚀性能,通过电化学实验方法,测量了该6类钢丝在相同腐蚀溶液中的自然腐蚀电位、极化电阻及腐蚀电流密度。实验结果表明:环氧钢丝的自然腐蚀电位和极化电阻最大;而涂抹防腐油脂能使钢丝的极化电阻明显增加,使腐蚀电流密度明显减小。因此,环氧钢丝和涂抹防腐油脂都具有优良的耐腐蚀性能。
In order to compare corrosion resistance between six common kinds of cable wires,the free corrosion potential,linear polarization resistance and corrosion current density are tested by electrochemical test.According to the test results,epoxy wires have the largest linear polarization resistance.And daubing anticorrosive grease could no-tably enhance wires ’linear polarization resistance and reduce their corrosion current density.Therefore,epoxy wires and daubing anticorrosive grease have excellent corro-sion resistance.
