脉冲磁场高温合金凝固细晶技术的工业应用分析 被引量:7

Industrial Analysis of Grain Refinement Under Pulsed Magnetic Field During Superalloy Solidification

摘要 脉冲磁场能够有效细化金属凝固晶粒,正逐渐走向工业化应用阶段。针对高品质电工钢、铁素体不锈钢、高速钢以及镍基高温合金等四大类合金容易存在偏析、疏松等凝固问题,提出施加低频脉冲磁场于连铸工业生产过程。计算了低频脉冲磁场施加于连铸足辊段、二冷段和凝固末端,所需临界磁感应强度值分别为0.0845T、0.122T和0.182T。随着低频脉冲磁场施加位置坯壳厚度增加,临界磁感应强度增加,同时调整占空比,可降低临界磁感应强度。 The pulse magnetic field (PMF) can effectively refine metal grains of solidification, and is gradually in stage of industrializing application. It is prone to generating macro-segregation, loose of solidification problems for the Si steel, ferritic stainless steel, high speed steel and nickel alloy. So applying the PMF is put forward in continuous casting. The PMF is applied to the foot roller section, two cold sections and the solidification end of the continuous casting, and the critical magnetic flux density is respectively 0. 0845 T, 0. 122 T and 0. 182 T. With shell thickness increasing of PMF applied position, the critical magnetic flux density increases, and adjusting the duty cycle can reduce the critical magnetic induction.
