取向硅钢和非晶薄带两种样品在搭接处无压力和压力为1N的情况下,软磁性能测量结果存在的差异不同。测量结果显示,硅钢搭接处有无压力对激磁功率和损耗测量结果影响不大;而非晶薄带搭接处有压力时的激磁功率和损耗测量结果明显高于无压力时的测量结果,当磁感强度为1.4T时,激磁功率高出约15%,损耗值高出约5.8%。
Soft magnetic properties of grain-oriented electrical steels and amorphous strips show different measurement results when the pressure upon the lap joints is zero or 1 N. The result shows that the values of exciting power and core loss measured is almost the same for grain-oriented electrical steels. As to amorphous ribbons, the values of exciting power and core loss measured is obviously larger with pressuring upon the lap joints, when the magnetic flux density is 1.4 T, the exciting power is 15% higher and the core loss is 5.8% higher.
