摘要
为满足现场快速、高效检测过氧化氢的需求,建立了一种快速检测食品中过氧化氢的电流型传感器,并对其检测性能进行了评价。该传感器检测下限是1μmol/L(信噪比为3),双氧水浓度在4×10^-6~2.4×10^-4 mol/L范围内与还原峰电流呈线性关系。该传感器重现性高、选择性良好,制作成本低,易于小型化、智能化。
An amperometric sensor for quickly determining hydrogen peroxide in food is developed,and its performance is evaluated with cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry.The results show that the current response is increased linearly with the hydrogen peroxide concentration in the range of 4×10^-6—2.4×10^-4mol/L,and the detecting limit can reach 1μmol/L(S/N=3).In addition,the sensor has several advantages as follows:good repeatability and selectivity,simple process,low prime cost and easy industrialization.
