从理论与实践相结合的角度,分析了高校仪器设备维修的概念内涵、政策依据及其在仪器设备管理中的重要地位,提出了仪器设备维修价值的评判依据及数量标准,探讨了仪器设备维修价格的计价形式、内在构成及定价方式,概括了仪器设备维修的实施方式和机构选择,梳理了仪器设备维修项目的申报和审批流程,界定了仪器设备维修经费的筹措渠道及其使用范围,为提高仪器设备维修的管理质量、确保仪器设备的完好率和利用率提供了一种理论概括和实践依据。

From the perspective of combination of theory and practice,the present research approaches to the issue of instruments and equipment maintenance and management from the folloing six aspects：1）Analyzing concept,connotation,policy basis of instruments and equipment maintenance and its significance in the management of laboratory.2）Putting forward judgment criteria and quantity standard on the value of facility maintenance.3）Probing into the calculating and pricing method on the price of maintenance.4）Summarizing the ways of implementation and choosing maintenance companies.5）Regulating the approval and declaration process of maintenance.and 6）Defining the budget raising approaches and application.This study provides a theoretical and practical foundation for improving administration quality of maintenance,and ensuring the equipment availability and utilization rate.
