船舶自动识别系统基站信息实时性能评估技术

摘要 针对我国AIS基站的具体技术现状,本文以大连辖区AIS基站系统为例,基于AIS基站数据的实时采集技术,对船舶自动识别系统基站信息实时性能评估技术进行研究。为能实时解析基站设备数据,需要对SAAB基站数据进行解码,同时对基站的性能进行分析,分析结果表明,该技术能够给出每个基站自身的实时和统计的性能参数,为基站工作状态评估和基站布设优化提供重要的定量依据,使基站的优化更趋合理。该研究成果可以推广应用于全国AIS基站系统。 Based on the current technology situation of automatic identification system (AIS) base stations in China,the paper takes AIS base stations in Dalian as an example.The technology of real-time information collection for AIS base stations is investigated and its real-time performance evaluation of the base station information is presented.The data from SAAB base stations is needed to be decoded for analyzing data of base station and evaluating its performance.The experiment results illustrate that the real-time and statistical performance parameters of each AIS base station can be given using the technique proposed in this paper.These parameters can be used for evaluating the performance and the emplacement of AIS base stations to optimize the AIS base stations.The research results can be applied to AIS base stations in China easily.
