基于PROMETHEE法的加装侦察吊舱的战斗机效能评估

摘要 针对改装后加装侦察吊舱的战斗机执行侦察任务的效能,采用多属性决策理论中的偏好排序法(preference ranking organization method for enrichment evaluation,PROMETHEE)对加装侦察吊舱的战斗机效能进行评估,建立了加装侦察吊舱的战斗机效能评估指标体系,并选取3种型号的加装侦察吊舱的战斗机作为评估样本进行实例计算和分析。结果表明,依据净流量值的大小,对3种加装侦察吊舱的战斗机效能进行排序,即:丙机>乙机>甲机,排序结果与实际情况一致,说明PROMETHEE方法适用于加装侦察吊舱的战斗机效能评估。该研究对提高载机及侦察吊舱性能,发挥综合效能具有一定的参考价值。 For the reconnaissance task effectiveness of fighter equipped with reconnaissance pod,this paper uses the preference ordering in the theory of multiple attribute decision(preference ranking organization for enrichment evaluation,PROMETHEE) to evaluate effectiveness of fighter equipped with reconnaissance pod.It establishes effectiveness evaluate indicator system,and selects three kinds of models of fighter equipped with reconnaissance pod for evaluation calculation and analysis as sample.The results are consistent with actual situation according to the net-flow value,showing that the PROMETHEE method is suitable for the effectiveness evaluation of fighter equipped with reconnaissance pod.The study has a certain reference value to improve the performance both of the fighter and the reconnaissance pod which will give play to the comprehensive efficiency in the future war.
