转轮两级蒸发冷却空调在通信机房的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对目前通信行业能耗现状,提出了转轮两级蒸发冷却空调在冬季、过渡季节有效利用自然资源,减少机房专用空调的运行时间,节约运行成本。本文分析了转轮两级蒸发冷却空调的工作原理及应用于通信机房的运行模式,并利用西安地区的逐时气象参数和焓湿图分析开启转轮两级蒸发冷却、直接蒸发冷却、机械制冷的小时数及占全年运行时间的百分比。转轮两级蒸发冷却在以显热为主的通信机房领域具有广泛的应用前景。 Aiming at the present situation of energy consumption in communication industry, the rotary wheel two-stage evaporative cooling air conditioning is put forward for efficient use of natural resources, reduce the running time of special air conditioning used in telecommunication room and saving operation cost in the winter and the transitional season. The working principle and operation mode of the rotary wheel two-stage evaporative cooling air conditioning used in telecommunication room is analyzed. Making use of hourly meteorological parameters of Xi'an area and psychrometric chart, the open hours and the percentage of annual operation time of the rotary wheel two-stage evaporative cooling, direct evaporative cooling and mechanical refrigeration are analyzed. The rotary wheel two-stage evaporative cooling has a broad prospect applied in the communication room area with the sensible heat as main load.
