摘要
某铅锌硫化矿石矿物组成复杂,主要金属矿物有方铅矿、闪锌矿、黄铁矿等,主要非金属矿物为石英。矿石中主要回收矿物为方铅矿和闪锌矿,银主要富集在铅矿物中。为开发利用该矿石,对其进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明:原矿经1粗3精1扫选铅、选铅尾矿1粗3精2扫选锌闭路试验,可获得含Pb 60.67%、Pb回收率88.03%和含Ag 4 668.00 g/t、Ag回收率81.79%的铅精矿,含Zn 51.87%、Zn回收率89.65%的锌精矿。
Mineral composition of a lead-zinc sulfide ore is complex,the main metallic minerals are galena,sphalerite,pyrite,non-metallic mineral is mainly quartz. The main valuable minerals are galena and sphalerite,silver is main enriched in lead minerals. In order to develop the ore,beneficiation experiments in carried out. The results show that,through lead flotation of one roughing-three cleaning-one scavenging,zinc flotation of one roughing-three cleaning-two scavenging closed circuit process,lead concentrate with 60. 67% lead and recovery of 88. 03%,4 668. 00 g / t silver and recovery of 81. 79%,zinc concentrate with 51. 87% zinc and recovery of 89. 65% in obtained.
