摘要
利用索伦、锡林浩特、满洲里等9个气象观测站2011年12月—2012年4月人工观测和称重式降水量计观测数据,分析对比这两种观测方式所形成的差值和降水感应一致性等问题。结果表明:有85.0%的测量差值≤±0.2mm,有62.5%的称重测量值大于等于人工测量值,表明人工观测值一般比称重测量值小。总体上这两种观测方式所形成差值的平均标准差与平均值偏离不大,从目前技术和观测条件看,这种差值的产生是不可避免的,其中仪器安装、仪器自身设计、风速、雨夹雪天气等是造成称重降水与人工定时降水测量差值较大的主要原因。
Using the precipitation data of artificial observation and weighing sensor from December 2011 to April 2012 at nine meteorological stations such as Suolun, Xilinhot, Manzhouli and so on, this article analyzed the difference value and precipitation induction consistency problem of two kinds of observation ways. The results showed that 85.0% of the measurement difference value was less than or equal to_+0.2 mm, and 62.5% of weighing measurement value was equal or greater than artificial measurement value. It indicated that artificial observation value was generally less than weighing measuring value. On the whole, the deviation of the average standard deviation and average value was not obvious in two observation ways. The difference value was inevitable in current technology and observation condition, and the instrument installation, instruments design, the gale, sleet etc were major reasons that caused bigger difference value.
