摘要
选取赣州市高校区-北区为研究区域,在GIS软件的支撑下,运用层次分析法和图层叠加分析法相结合的方法对各类用地进行生态适宜性评价,以此方法为基础,分析区域各类用地与其自然、社会和环境特征的适宜性,综合判断研究区土地利用规划是否合理,从而寻求最佳的土地利用方式和合理的规划方案.
The construction of the city needs to analyze land ecological suitability. This article selects Ganzhou university area- North Block as the study area, using analytic hierarchy process （AHP） and overlay analysis method under the support of GIS software for various types of land ecological suitability assessment. On this basis, various types of land area and its natural, social and environ- mental characteristics of the suitability are analyzed. The reasonability of land use planning in the study area is estimated synthetically. The best way of land use and reasonable planning scheme has been found.
