摘要
采用问卷调查与逻辑分析法对赣南地区三所高校1 237名教师的体育锻炼习惯和心理资本、主观幸福感现状进行调研与分析.结果表明:被调查的地方院校教师中有体育锻炼习惯的占56.67%;有体育锻炼习惯的教师群体心理资本、主观幸福感得分均高于无体育锻炼习惯的教师群体,且存在显著性差异;体育锻炼与地方院校教师心理资本、主观幸福感存在显著相关性;体育锻炼对地方院校教师心理资本、主观幸福感均有较好的正向预测作用.本研究认为体育锻炼对地方院校教师心理资本水平与主观幸福感指数的提高有促进作用.
This article adopts questionnaire survey and logical analys^s to conduct research and anaiysis on physical exercises and psychological capital, subjective well-being of 1237 teachers from three colleges in southern Jiangxi. The result shows that there are 56.67% teachers under investigation in local institutions who have physical exercise habits and their scores of psychological capital and subjective well-being are all significantly higher than those who have no physical exercise habits. Physical exercise has a remarkable correlation with the psychological capital and subjective well-being of teachers in local institutions and it also has good positive predica- ble effects on them. This research suggests that physical exercises can promote and improve the psychological capital and subjective well-being of teachers in local institutions.
