研究生创新能力培养是研究生教育实践研究的主要内容,是研究生培养单位共同面临的重要任务之一.针对如何提高地方高校化学类研究生科研创新能力,主要从增强研究生的创新意识、锤炼研究生的创新思维和强化研究生的科研创新训练等方面进行探讨,同时介绍研究生创新能力培养所取得的成效.

The improvement of postgraduates innovation capability is the major factor component of graduate education and one of the most important tasks of graduate schools. In order to answer how to improve innovation capability of postgraduates in chemistry major of local universities, how to enhance postgraduates innovation consciousness, cultivate innovative thinking and perform innovation train- ing in postgraduates＇scientific research is discussed. At the same time, it also introduces effect on training innovative ability for post- graduate students.
