摘要
采用Carlson等编制的"工作家庭冲突量表"对温州地区5所高校辅导员进行问卷调查,结果表明,高校辅导员工作家庭冲突主要表现为工作对家庭的影响而产生的冲突,基于时间、压力和行为三个方面的冲突都比较明显;在周工作时间变量上存在显著差异。为此,学校层面应给予情感支持和政策支持;辅导员个人应注重提升职业能力,平衡个人、家庭、工作三者关系,提高耐压耐挫力。
Applying Carlson's "scale of work and family conflict", a survey is conducted to the full-time counselors of 5 universities in Wenzhou. The result shows that the work and family conflict of college counselors mainly presents in the effect of work on family, and the conflict is mainly based on time, pressure and behavior. In addition, there is a significant difference in the variable of weekly working hours. Therefore, the school should offer emotional support and policy support and counselors themselves should enhance their professional capacity, keep- ing the balance of individual, family and work and improving their endurance to pressure and difficulty.
