满洲里口岸出入境人员疾病监测结果分析

Analysis on surveillance result of diseases among entry- exit personnel at Manzhouli Port

目的了解满洲里口岸出入境人员的健康状况和患病特征,以便有针对性地进行健康咨询和医学指导。方法对3 636名体检人员的健康体检资料进行统计学分析。结果从3 636名健康体检人员中,共检出脂肪肝等16类疾病614例,疾病检出率为16.89%。脂肪肝检出率最高(共311例,检出率为8.55%),其次为慢性胆囊炎(91例,检出率2.50%)、肾结石(38例,检出率1.05%)。结论满洲里口岸出入境人员经健康体检发现的主要疾病为脂肪肝、慢性胆囊炎和肾结石等,体检结果为出入境人员预防保健工作提供了科学依据。

Objective This article aims to provide a basis to health consultation and medical direction for entry - exit personnel by understanding the health status and the characteristics of sick among entry - exit personnel at Manzhouli port. Methods Physical examination data of 3636 entry -exit personnel are statistically analyzed. Results 614 cases and 16 kinds of diseases are found among 3636 entry - exit personnel, accounting for 16.89%. Detection rate of fatty liver is the highest, followed by chronic cholecystitis and kidney stone, and the morbidity is 8.55%, 2.50% and 1.05% respectively. Conclusion The results indicated that fatty liver, chronic choleeystitis and kidney stone are the main diseases in entry -exit personnel at Manzhouli Port. The physical re- sults provide a scientific basis for the preventive health work.
