摘要 目的 探讨血小板(PL T )荧光色素染色方法PL T‐F通道在低值血小板测定中的临床应用意义。方法 利用XN‐1000全自动血细胞分析仪PL T‐F通道检测103例患者低值血小板标本(≤50×10^9/L ),同时用N E‐2100血细胞分析仪、手工显微镜计数法进行检测。数据比较用直线相关回归分析。结果 低值血小板检测重复性 CV 值在 XE2100 PLT‐I通道为6.7%~16.5%,PLT‐O 通道为7.1%~15.6%,XN‐1000的PLT‐F通道为4.9%~9.5%;以显微镜手工计数为参考方法,PLT‐I、PLT‐O、PLT‐F通道相关系数(r)分别为0.900、0.929、0.959。结论 PL T‐F通道在低值血小板测定中准确性较好,应用价值较大。 Objective] To explore the significance of PLT‐fluorescence(PLT‐F) channel in the determination of low‐count platelet .[Methods]Totally 103 patients with low‐count platelet(≤50 × 10^9/L) were analyzed by PLT‐F channel with XN‐1000 automated hematology analyzer .Meanwhile ,NE‐2100 hematology analyzer and hand‐made microscopic count method were used for the detection .The data were analyzed with straight line correlation regression analysis .[Results] The CV value of reproducibility of low‐count platelet in XE2100 PLT‐I ,PLT‐O and PLT‐F channels were 6 .7~16 .5% ,7 .1~15 .6% and 4 .9~9 .5% ,respectively .The coefficient correlation(r) of PLT‐I , PLT‐O and PLT‐F by hand‐made microscopic count reference method were 0 .900 ,0 .929 and 0 .959 ,respectively .[Conclusion] PLT‐F channel in the determination of low‐count platelet has good accuracy and high application value .
