基于内容的智能推荐在知识管理中的应用研究

Application Research on Content-based Intelligent Recommendation in Knowledge Management

企业知识管理系统中的知识内容庞杂、信息量过大,影响了用户寻找所需知识对象的效率,影响了知识的传递和分享。文章对智能推荐算法进行了研究,将智能推荐技术引入到知识管理系统中,通过基于知识内容的推荐算法,实现了知识管理系统搜索结果页面推荐以及知识浏览页面推荐等应用,有效地提升了知识分享和传递的效率,从而最大化地发挥知识的使用价值。

The content of knowledge in enterprise knowledge management system is numerous and complex, information quantity is too large, affecting the efficiency of the user to find the necessary knowledge objects, blocking the transmission and sharing of knowledge. Intelligent recommendation algorithm is studied in this paper, and the intelligent recommendation technology is introduced into the knowledge management system. Through using the recommendation algorithm based on knowledge content in knowledge management system, this paper realizes the knowledge search results page recommendation and the browsing page recommendation. The applications of effectively improve the efficiency of knowledge sharing and transmission of knowledge, so as to make use of the value of knowledge.
