Research on Liaoning Grid Information Resource Sharing Platform

为实现电网数据整合,提出建立电网的统一信息资源共享平台。该平台是一个构建在由通信网络分层互联、遍布于全电网的服务器计算机上,为电网中任何单位、任何工作人员提供运营和控制管理等信息的大规模信息资源共享平台。通过该平台的支持,将电网公司的运营、控制和管理的全过程整合提高到一个"智能化"高度,满足建设坚强智能电网的条件,满足能源节约、环境友好的要求,满足社会对安全、可靠、高效的电力供应的紧迫需求。

To realize data integration of the grid, we propose to establish a unified information resource sharing platform of grid. It is built on hierarchical interconnected architecture by a communication network in server computers over entire power grid. It provides operation and management information to the users. Under information resource sharing platform＇s supporting, the whole process of the grid corporation＇s operations, controls and management will be raised to a ＂smart＂ level. And it will satisfy the construction conditions of strong smart grid, meet the requirement of energy-saving and environment-friendly and meet the urgent needs of safe, reliable and efficient electricity supply.
