摘要
为保障电网安全稳定运行,适应智能电网发展,提高电力调度交换系统的安全性,文章提出一种电力调度软交换容灾系统设计方案。采用电路交换与IP混合方式组网的方式,将现有的2B+D调度台扩展为支持2B+D接口和IP接口的双模调度台组,实现软交换与现有的电力调度交换系统的融合,并通过异地城市容灾提高调度交换网络的整体安全性。
In order to ensure the safety operation of power grid, adapt to the smart gird development and improve the safety of power dispatching soft switch system, a design scheme of power dispatching soft switch disaster recovery system is presented in this paper, which combines the circuit switching and IP mode, extends the existing 2B+D scheduling station to dual mode dispatching station group that can support 2B+D and IP interfaces. This designed system realizes the integration of soft exchange system and the existing electric power dispatching system, and improves the whole safety of dispatching exchange network by means of the remote city disaster recovery.
