摘要
针对传统的GSM接收机一般采用二次变频超外差方案或一次变频的低中频方案,提出了一种基于零中频的实现方案,它采用一片AD公司的高性能下变频芯片ADRF6801,配以简单的前级放大和滤波电路,电路简洁,可以实现较好的性能指标,满足产品小型化、低功耗的要求。实际测试表明,采用该方案实现的接收机噪声系数低,灵敏度高,可应用于GSM接收的各种场合。
Traditional GSM receiver is twice conversions superheterodyne structure or single conversion superhetero -dyne structure ,which is complicated ,expensive ,and difficult to be integrated.A scheme for GSM receiver based on ZIF (Zero IF ) is proposed , which is composed of a downconverter made by ADI company ,front amplifiers and filters ,can achieve high performance ,meets the demands of lower power consumption ,miniaturization.Actual test shows that GSM receiver adopted ZIF scheme has the characteristics of lower Noise figure and high Sensitivity.This ZIF scheme can be applied to all kinds of GSM receiver.
