摘要
通过对无极绳牵引系统中的梭车在平道、下坡、上坡等不同工况的受力分析,以及无极绳牵引绞车牵引负载的分析,建立了无极绳绞车电机动力学的数学模型,利用MATLAB软件对该数学模型进行仿真,并通过实验数据与仿真数据比较,从而研究无极绳牵引系统中电机运行时的动态性能,并指出了两组数据的类似性和差异性。
By analyzing force on shuttle car of endless rope haulage system on different conditions like flat road, down- hill and uphill etc, and also analyzing load of the endless rope haulage winch, the paper established a dynamics mathe- matical model for Motor and using MATLAB software simulated it.By comparing simulation data and experimental data, the paper researched dynamics properties of the working-Motor in endless rope haulage system and pointed out the similarity and the difference between them.
