摘要
以某一手表壳为例,对其数控加工工艺从机床及刀具的选择、工件装夹、工序的划分及切削参数的拟定等进行了分析和设计,实践加工后经检测合格。目前,该手表壳已进行了大批量生产,此工艺设计保证了工件的加工质量,提高了生产率。
This paper conducts a whole analysis on a watch shell design with respect to the choices for machine tool and work-holding devices, the division of working procedure, and the decision of cutting parameters. Based on this design, the produced watch shell was well qualified and a lot of watches have been massively produced, proving that this craft design can ensure the processing quality of work pieces and improve production efficiency.
