摘要
以VMC400型立式加工中心的(Y向进给)伺服系统作为研究对象,通过对系统的分析,依次建立了位置控制器与速度控制器、机械传动机构、数控进给传动系统的力学模型与数学模型,推导出进给传动系统的定位精度数学表达式(半闭环),并对影响进伺服进给给定位精度的相关因素进行了分析和计算。
