Giving Full Play to the Leading Role of Ideology is the Responsibility of the College Youth League in the New Era

高校共青团是高校党委联系青年学生的桥梁。在当前的飞速变化的信息时代,既要配合院校实现育人的整体目标,更要引导学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,把青年学生的思想引导工作,作为主阵地和根本任务。文章就高校共青团在新形势下,如何以大学生思想行为特点,发挥团组织优势开展工作进行调研,并对如何加强高校共青团组织的思想引领的思路和方法,进行探讨和论述,以期对高校共青团工作的开展起到一定借鉴作用。

College Youth League is the bridge between College Party Committee and the students. In the current rapidly changing age of information, it isnecessary not only to cooperate with the institutions to achieve the overall goal of education, but also to guide the students to establish a correct outlook on life and values, which is the main job and fundamental task of the Youth League. This article makes a survey of how the College Youth League could do a good job in the new situations by making use of the features of the college students' ideology and behavior and giving full play to the advantages of the Youth League, and discusses the approaches and methods used by College Youth Leagues to give ideological guidance, with a view to providing reference for the work of College Youth Leagues.
