摘要
基于计划行为理论,从行为态度、主观规范、感知行为控制三个方面分析了中小学教师参与培训的意愿及行为的影响因素。并运用结构方程模型进行实证分析,研究结果表明:第一,对培训的态度和主观规范对中小学教师参与培训的意愿有显著的正面影响;第二,参与培训的意愿对中小学教师参与培训的行为有显著的正面影响,目前中小学教师参与培训的意愿较强;第三,感知行为控制是影响中小学教师参与培训意愿和培训行为的最重要因素,也是目前制约中小学教师参与培训的重要因素。
Based on the theory of planned behavior, the factors that influence the primary and secondary school teachers' willingness and behavior to participate in training are analyzed from such aspects as behavioral attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control and empirical analysis is made by means of the structural equation model. The research results show: first, the attitude towards training and subjective norms has a significant positive impact on the teachers' willingness to participate in the training; second, the willingness to participate in training has a significant positive impact on their behavior in training and there is currently a strong willingness for the primary and secondary school teachers to participate in training; third, the perceived behavioral control is the most important factor that influences their willingness to participate in training and their behavior in training, and is also the most important factor that currently restricts their participating in the training.
