摘要
经济转型之下,经济与产业将迎来变迁,在微观上,这种变迁会导致企业关停并转,劳动者首当其冲的面临失业。当前我国劳动密集产业存在着大量劳动者,这种失业会导致大量集体争议的发生。而集体争议又有转化为群体性事件的风险。本文结合集体行为的增值理论,分析了这种转化的客观过程,并提出工会应当扮演"安全阀"的角色,以防止集体争议激烈化。
Under the economic transformation, economy and industry will usher in a change. At the micro, this change will lead to business changing. Workers will facing unemployment. There are a large number of workers currently and the unemployment will lead to a large number of collective disputes. The controversy also has the risk of transforming into a collective group events. The paper analyzes the objective process of this transformation process and proposes union should play the role as a "safety valve" to prevent the collective disputes.
