论工会在推进新生代农民工城市融入中的作用

The Role of Trade Unions in Promoting the Integration of the New Generation of Migrant Workers in Cities

与老一代农民工相比,新生代农民工城市融入愿望更为强烈。然而,受到城乡二元结构的限制与自身文化、技能的制约,新生代农民工城市融入水平较低。工会作为党联系职工群众的纽带和桥梁,作为职工利益的代表者和维护者,理应发挥组织优势,加快推进新生代农民工城市融入。

Compared with the old generation of migrant workers, the new generation of migrant workers have more strongly desire of integration into the city. However, limited by urban-rural dual structure with its own culture and skills constraints, the levels of the integration into the city are lower for the new generation of migrant worker. As the ties and bridges between party and workers, unions should use its organizational advantages and accelerate the speed of the integration into the city of the generation of migrant workers.
